不曉得你是否發現,近來網路世界負面事件頻傳,你我的網路足跡被商家追蹤監控,社群通訊軟體充斥難以辨認的假新聞… 顯示台灣的網路健康已亮起紅燈!

Mozilla 今年9月發布「台灣網路健康調查報告」,點出台灣的網路環境出現「高隱私風險」、「高資訊壟斷」、「高訊息誤導」等三高問題,意味著多數民眾仍無法明確意識到網路隱私風險、個資遭特定企業蒐集與濫用、網路假新聞與假消息等問題,也未能針對上述三大問題做出積極行動。

是時候覺醒了!捍衛「網路健康」需要你挺身而出!「Firefox 公益路跑」即日起開放報名,號召全台熱血跑友一同參與,凡參與3KM 歡樂組、10KM 挑戰組並於限時內完賽,Firefox 就為你捐款給關懷台灣文教基金會,每位完賽跑友最高協助捐助30元促進網路健康。此外,我們也歡迎跑友參與21KM 半馬組挑戰自我、響應公益,一同為更好的網路未來付出心力!

根據 Mozilla 台灣網路健康調查報告,61.9%民眾並未充分意識到
「網路三高」的問題,也缺乏積極行動。

【 報名辦法 】

報名日期:2019年8月7日(三)~2019年10月18日(五)。

報名資格:21KM 半馬組 / 10KM 挑戰組參賽者年齡限制為12歲以上 ; 未滿7歲選手建議參加 3KM 歡樂組。

※未滿18歲之參賽者,需檢附家長同意切結書並寄至樂活信箱: service@tclohas.net.tw

報名方式:本賽事一律採網路報名。參賽者於網路報名後須於三日內完成付款,才算完成報名程序。

繳費方式:透過 7-ELEVEN 門市 ibon 繳費(須自付超商手續費),繳費流程請參考以下說明:

    1. 透過報名網站完成報名,將取得一個 i-bon 繳費代碼(訂單編號),憑此代碼72小時內至全台 7-ELEVEN 超商門市 ibon 機台進行繳費。
    2. i-bon 機器螢幕點選左上角『代碼輸入』 。
    3. 輸入代碼『 LBJ 』 後直接輸入您的繳費代碼繳費代碼(訂單編號)『AE000000123456』例如: LBJAE000000123456 (共計17碼)
    4. 輸入您的『聯絡電話』(即網站報名所留的手機號碼)。
    5. 選取及確認您的『繳費項目及資訊』 → 『確認,列印繳費單』。
    6. 列印出 i-bon 繳費單後請於三小時內持繳費單至 7-ELEVEN 櫃檯繳費。

本活動採開立電子發票,依電子發票實施作業要點規定作業說明如下:

    1. 三聯式電子發票於12月8日活動結束後35個工作日以 E-mail 通知寄發電子發票證明聯。
    2. 二聯式電子發票於12月8日活動結束後35個工作日以 E-mail 通知電子發票開立通知信並於統一發票開獎日翌日起十日內以E-mail通知以未歸戶載具索取電子發票之中獎人,並提供電子發票證明聯交付中獎人作為兌獎憑證。
    3. 個人報名時請填寫正確之 E-mail,主辦單位將依此寄送電子發票。
    4. 團體報名者,主辦單位會將電子發票統一寄予團體報名聯絡人。
    5. 企業報銷用,請報名時點選三聯式發票,並填入統一編號及公司抬頭。
    6. 只要完成報名程序後,皆無法改開或換開發票。若您於報名時選擇三聯式發票,無法更改為二聯式發票,若您於報名時選擇二聯式發票,恕無法換開為三聯式發票。
  • 如因天氣等不可抗力因素或受其他安全考量等因素所迫,主辦單位得調整活動內容,若遇活動延期或取消,將於12月7日下午6時前公布於賽事網頁及 FB 活動頁面

【 參賽物資領取方式 】

宅配領取:
  • 參賽者需另外繳交宅配郵資,並請於報名時一同繳納。主辦單位將於2019年11月28日(四)至12月03日(二)將參賽物資寄送至各報名者登錄之地址。請務必填寫正確的宅配地址,以免包裹無法寄達。

  • 收到宅配包裹代表已完成領取參賽物資手續,請於活動當天12月08日逕自前往賽會會場集合即可。
  • 因郵寄地址不全或無人簽收而導致包裹被退回,本會將不再另行補寄紀念品,但提供下列方式補領:
    1. 可參加路跑者:請於活動現場12月8日當天至大會服務區領取。
    2. 因故無法參加路跑者:請12月9日至12月13日早上9:00-12:00;下午13:30-18:00至承辦單位驊采整合行銷股份有限公司(台北市大安區安和路一段27號11樓)領取,逾期視同放棄領取。
  • 若參賽物資有誤或12月4日(三)中午12時前仍未收到參賽物資,請洽中華民國健康運動銀行促進協會02-8772-1035。( 請於週一至週五上班時間 09:30~12:00 ; 13:30~18:00來電 )

親自領取:
  • 開放現場領取日期:11/29 (五) 15:00起 至 12/1 (日)19:00止
  • 開放現場領取時間:
    1. 11/29 (五) 15:00-21:00
    2. 11/30 (六) 11:00-20:00
  • 領取地點:台北市大安區安和路一段27號11樓 驊采整合行銷股份有限公司
  • 跑友至現場領物時,需出示報到簡訊並攜帶個人識別證件。
  • 若為代領,請攜帶報名者本人的個人識別證件,並填寫登記表單以備查驗(報到簡訊將於11/26統一發送)。
  • 若因故未親自領取物資,主辦單位將以宅配方式寄送,跑友須自付宅配費用(配送費用與宅配報到相同)。

 

  • 針對21KM 半馬組所發放之晶片,活動後不需回收,供跑者留存。

【 取消與退費機制 】

報名時請詳加評估自身實力與身體健康狀況,報名手續完成者,不得以任何理由要求更換人名亦不得因無法參賽轉讓報名資格。如有需要更改參賽項目至其它組別,仍有名額的情況下,請先進行退費手續後再重新報名。無完成報名者將不具參賽資格,嚴禁陪跑。

已完成報名繳費者,若因故無法參加,請至填單系統完成資料填寫,並致電至中華民國健康運動銀行促進協會確認(02-8772-1035),內容須提供報名者姓名、國民身分證字號、聯絡電話,並附上須退款帳戶資料,確認參加者身份與資料符合後依序辦理退款,退費者同時失去參賽資格並不提供活動相關報名物資。

退費時間規範 :
  • 2019/10/12前提出申請者可全額退費,但需扣除100元匯款手續費及行政費用。
  • 2019/10/13-2019/11/15提出申請者,可退報名費用60%。
  • 於2019/11/15後將不受理任何退費要求。但跑友具有下列情形致無法參與活動,並檢附證明文件者,主辦單位應退還報名費全額之50%:
    1. 遇不可抗力之天然或其它因素(如地震、颱風、戰亂、嚴重傳染病等)。
    2. 交通中斷。
    3. 兵役或點閱、教育召集。
    4. 傷病或妊娠。
    5. 本人訂婚、結婚或一親等內親屬喪葬。
    6. 其他主辦單位訂定之事由。
  • 2019/10/12前申請退費者,將於10/5報名結束後14個工作天內完成退款。
  • 2019/10/13-2019/11/15申請退費者,將於12/8活動後14個工作天內收到退款。

【 犯規罰則 】

若違反以下規定,主辦單位有權取消比賽資格:
  • 比賽進行中選手借助他人之幫助而獲利(如乘車、扶持……等)。
  • 攜帶寵物進入賽道。
  • 報名組別與身份證明資格不符。
  • 違反運動精神和道德(如打架、辱罵裁判……等)。
  • 無佩掛號碼布及晶片(折返點信物)。
  • 未將號碼布佩帶在胸前。

【 申訴 】

  • 比賽爭議:競賽中選手不得當場質詢裁判員,若與比賽規則有同等意義之註明者,均以裁判員為準,不得提出申訴。
  • 申訴程序:有關競賽所發生的問題,須於各組成績公布二十分鐘內,向大會競賽組提出,同時繳交保證金新臺幣参仟元整,由競賽組簽收收執聯;所有申訴以仲裁委員會之判決為終決,若判決無誤得沒收其保證金。

【 注意事項 】

  • 參賽者須將號碼布別於胸前,以利工作人員識別,無號碼布者視同陪跑,工作人員有權請其離開賽道。
  • 考慮參賽者安全及現場交通狀況,請參賽者於主辦單位規定時間內準時出發。
  • 報名手續完成者,不得以任何理由要求更換人名亦不得因無法參賽轉讓報名資格。如有需要更改參賽項目,則在其它組別仍有名額的情況下,先進行退費手續後再重新報名。
  • 本賽事晶片計時與競賽敘獎僅限 21KM 半馬組,請詳讀以下競賽規定與注意事項:
    1. 賽前收到物資與相關資料,請務必核對參賽人員、「選手資料」及「晶片」上選手編號等資料是否吻合,以免權益受損。晶片使用方式於電子式賽前指南中有清楚的圖說。
    2. 依據國際田徑規則165.24條規定,大會將依據鳴槍開跑時間開始計時,並以此記錄做為選手名次成績統計之判定及奬勵。
    3. 晶片為計時之依據,請確實通過各感應點,沒有按照大會規定使用晶片導致無成績者,大會一概不負責,並禁止互換晶片、禁止佩帶他人晶片、禁止1人佩帶2個以上晶片,違者將被取消資格,成績不予計算。
    4. 請服從裁判人員及警察之指示進行比賽,並須準時出發,若未依規定時間內出發者,大會有權禁止其出發及不予計算成績。
    5. 完賽後請憑「號碼布」至成績證明領取處領取證明,會後不予補發。
    6. 選手若未於規定之關門時間通過,將沒收晶片或號碼布且認定沒有完賽,沿途補給服務也不再提供。
    7. 主辦單位有權公告每位完賽跑者的大會成績及晶片成績。成績查詢方式將公布於賽事網頁及 FB 活動頁面,請密切鎖定各項公告。
    8. 大會嚴禁任何轉讓或出售參賽名額行為,若經發現參賽者有上述意圖,則將立即取消相關人士之參賽資格並不予退費、參賽者不得異議。
  • 健康及安全
    1. 報名時請務必勾選健康聲明,團體報名時負責連絡人務必確認所有參賽者健康體能狀況均為良好。
    2. 參賽者如於活動過程中感到身體不適,請立即停止路跑,以自身安全為重。主辦單位、裁判或醫師將有權視跑者身體狀況中止跑者繼續參與活動。
    3. 參賽者請遵循主辦單位規範的活動路線、交管措施及時間等安排,若因未遵守而發生安全問題需自行負責。
    4. 參加者需保證個人身體健康確實符合活動參加資格,競賽中若因身體不適發生任何意外,願意自行負責與主辨單位無關,並願合作遵守活動規定參加比賽。
    5. 本項活動已投保(一)每人體傷責任新臺幣三百萬元。(二)每一意外事故體傷責任新臺幣一千五百萬元。(三)每一意外事故財物損失責任新臺幣二百萬元。(四)保險期間最高賠償金額新臺幣三千四百萬元。保險範圍限因參
    6. 參賽者可於報名時加購個人旅遊平安保險,理賠標準為意外事故或殘廢保險金一百萬元及傷害醫療保險金實支實付型最高兩萬元,詳細內容請以保險單條款為準,由承辦方統一辦理。
    7. 未滿18歲之參賽者,需檢附家長同意切結書
  • 其他
    1. 如需委託主辦單位保管衣物,請參賽者自備背包,交給活動現場衣物保管組,領取衣物保管號碼牌。貴重物品請勿放入,遺失主辦單位概不負責。(衣物保管時間為06:00 am ~11:00 am )
    2. 本活動如有任何變更或補充事項,將隨時公布於 FB 活動頁面報名網頁為主,敬請密切關注各項公告!若有任何活動相關問題歡迎與 官方Line@ 私訊詢問。

【 個資條款 】

  • 承辦單位為辦理2019 Firefox 公益路跑活動及活動保險事宜,將依個人資料保護法等相關法令規定,在主管機關所核准之活動目的範圍內蒐集您與他人的姓名、身份證字號、生日、住址、性別、國籍、電話、電子郵件、緊急聯絡人及其地址、電話等個人資料。針對前述個人資料,承辦單位僅於活動的範圍及期間內處理或利用。
  • 承辦單位蒐集的個人資料,原則上僅會以電子檔或紙本形式供本公司、委外廠商或與本公司具有合作、委任等關係之第三人處理及利用。承辦單位保有您所提供的個人資料,依據個資法第3條規定,您可以對您本人的個人資料行使下述的權利:
    1. 查詢或請求閱覽您的個人資料。
    2. 請求製給您的個人資料複製本。
    3. 請求補充或更正您的個人資料。
    4. 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料。
    5. 請求刪除您的個人資料。
  • 本次活動所蒐集之個人基本資料,使用期間為活動報名至結束後15天內使用,另本次活動透過網路形式所蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料,將於2020年01月08日於承辦單位(台北市大安區安和路一段27號11樓)在律師見證下完成資料的刪除與銷毀。
  • 本活動基於上述原因而需蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料,您可以自由選擇是否提供您的個人資料。若您選擇不提供個人資料或是提供不完全時,將可能導致無法成功報名本路跑活動,或無法就本活動進行投保。另您因活動所需,有蒐集選手或相關人之個人資料並提供予本活動之必要時,請依照本告知事項內容,向當事人充分說明並告知關於其個人資料保護的相關權益。
  • 大會有權將此活動之錄影、相片及成績於世界各地播放、展出、登錄於相關網站與刊物上,參賽者並應同意肖像與成績用於相關之宣傳與播放活動上。

本規程如有未盡事宜,得由承辦單位修正公布之。中華民國108年8月7日。

甩開網路三高追擊賽(適用於 3KM 歡樂組、10KM 挑戰組)
「甩開網路三高」全民起義! Firefox 推派「狐狸先生」迎戰,愈多跑友參與,狐狸先生愈加強大,並於路跑活動當天化身為狐狸戰士,引領跑友甩開「網路三高」。 3KM 及 10KM 組別分別安排三位配速員優先起跑,三位配速員各代表三種速度區間,跑友超越第一位配速員並在限時內完賽,即代表甩開網路第一高「高隱私風險」;超越第二位配速員並在限時內完賽即代表甩開網路第二高「高資訊壟斷」;超越第三位配速員並在限時內完賽即代表甩開網路第三高「高訊息誤導」。跑友超越愈多位配速員, Firefox 就捐助愈多金額,每位完賽跑友最高可協助捐助30元給關懷文教基金會。詳細代表捐助金額請參考下方表格:

Notices on Receiving Awards:
  • Award winners must wear the souvenir shirt provided by the organizer when going on stage to receive the award. The organizer may disqualify the award winner if he/she fails to wear the souvenir shirt, and the vacancy will be filled in by the next runner in line.
  • To maintain order at the site of the event, the award ceremony will be held at 9:40 A.M. on the day of the race event. The organizer may disqualify the award winner if he/she fails to appear on stage at the time of the award ceremony, and the vacancy will be filled in by the next runner in line.

【 Registration Rules 】

Registration date : From August 7, 2019 (Wednesday) until the registration limit is reached.

Registration qualifications : Participants of the 21 km/10 km race events must be at least 12 years old; participants under the age of 7 are recommended to enter the 3 km joy division

Participant aged under 18, Guardians Consent is required. Please email the consent to Lohas email service@tclohas.net.tw

Registration method : Only online registrations will be accepted for this event. Participants must complete payment within three days after online registration to complete the registration process.

Exclusive early bird gift for Firefox users : The first 500 participants to register via the Firefox Lite mobile browser will receive a free Large Americano (Cold/Hot).

The organizer will send a text message containing a link and authentication code within three days after the registration deadline on October 5, so that participants can log into the exclusive webpage and obtain a QR code to exchange a free cup of coffee.

The prize winners will be announced on the registration website and Facebook event page on October 8.

Payment method: Please make payment through an ibon kiosk in any7-ELEVEN store (transaction fee to be borne by the applicant), and refer to the description below for the payment process:

    1.  Complete registration on the registration website to obtain an ibon payment code (order number), and use the code to complete payment using ibon at any 7-ELEVEN store in Taiwan within 72 hours.

    2. Tap on “Input Code” on the upper left corner of the ibon screen

    3. Enter the code “EBT” and then tap “Next”

    4. Then input your payment code (order number) “AA000000123456” (14 digits in total)

    5. Enter your “Contact Number” (the mobile phone number you used during online registration)

    6. Select and confirm your “Payment Items and Information” → “Confirm, Print payment form”

    7. Print the payment form using ibon and then use the form to complete payment at the counter of a 7-ELEVEN within three hours.

This event issues e-invoices in accordance with the Guidelines for e-Invoice Implementation:

    1. The certificate of triplicate e-invoices will be mailed and a notice will be e-mailed within 35 work days after the event is concluded on December 8.
    2. Duplicate e-invoices will be issued and a notice will be e-mailed within 35 work days after the event is concluded on December 8. Winners who receive e-voices using an unregistered e-invoice vehicle will be notified via e-mail within 10 days starting from the following day uniform invoice winning numbers are released, and a certificate for the e-invoice will be provided to the winner to collect their prize.
    3. Please fill in your correct e-mail during registration. The organize will mail your e-invoice to the e-mail address.
    4. For group registration, the organizer will mail the e-invoices to the group’s contact person on the registration form. 
    5. For companies to reimburse expenses, please select triplicate invoice during registration and fill in the company’s tax ID number and name.
    6. Invoices cannot be reissued or exchanged after registration procedures are completed. If you chose triplicate invoice during registration, you cannot switch to duplicate invoice. If you chose duplicate invoice during registration, you cannot switch to triplicate invoice.
  • The organizer may adjust the contents of the event due to force majeure or other safety considerations. If the event is postponed or canceled, an announcement will be made on the event website and Facebook event page before 6:00 P.M. on December 7.

【 Supplies Collection Method and Notices 】

Home delivery
  • The participant must pay postage for home delivery during registration. The organizer will mail the supplies to the address provided by participants during registration between November 28, 2019 (Thursday) and December 3, 2019 (Tuesday). Please provide the correct mailing address to prevent the package from being undeliverable.

  • If you receive the package delivered to your home, it means that you have received the supplies for the race. Please directly go to the assembly place on December 8.
  • If the mailing address is incomplete or there is no one to sign for the package and the package is returned, the organizer will not resend the souvenirs, but will allow participants to collect the package using the following method :
    1. Participants who are able to participate in the road run: Collect the package at the service area on December 8.
    2. Participants who are unable to participate in the road run: At 9:00-12:00 or 13:30-18:00 on December 9-13, please collect the package from the organizer Delicacy Integrated Marketing Inc. (11F, No. 27, Sec. 1, Anhe Rd., Daan District, Taipei City). Exceeding this period will be deemed as abandoning the right to collect the supplies, and the supplies will belong to the organizer.
  • If the supplies in the package are incorrect, or if you do not receive the supplies before 12:00 on December 4 (Wednesday), please contact the Health and Exercise Bank Promotion Association of the Republic of China, +886-2-8772-1035. (Please call during work hours 09:30-12:00 and 13:30-18:00 on Monday thru Friday.)

  • Date for collecting supplies: From November 29 (Friday) 15:00 to December 1 (Sunday) 19:00
  • Time for collecting supplies :
    1. 11/29 (Friday) 15:00-21:00
    2. 11/30 (Saturday) 11:00-20:00
  • Place for collecting supplies : Delicacy Integrated Marketing Inc. (11F, No. 27, Sec. 1, Anhe Rd., Daan District, Taipei City.)
  • When you are collecting in person, you must present your registration text message and personal ID.
  • If you are collecting the supplies on behalf of others, please bring the personal ID of the participant and fill out a registration form for inspection.
  • If you do not collect in person, the organizer will deliver they package to your home and you must pay the home delivery fee.
  • The timing chip distributed for the 21 km marathon does not need to be returned after the event and may be kept by the runner.

【 Cancellation and Refund Mechanism 】

  • Please carefully evaluate your ability and physical health condition during registration. The name may not be changed and the registration qualifications may not be transferred for any reason after registration procedures are completed. If you need to switch to another race category that has not reached the registration limit, please complete refund procedures first and then carry out registration procedures again. People who did not complete registration procedures are not qualified to participate in the race event and strictly prohibited from running with participants.
  • If you completed payment but cannot participate in the event, please go to the forms system to fill out your information, and then call the Health and Exercise Bank Promotion Association of the Republic of China (+886-2-8772-1035) for confirmation. The information must include the name of the registrant, ID number, contact number, and account information for the refund. The refund is handled after verifying the registrant’s identity matches the data enrolled. The registrant is disqualified upon refund, and registration supplies will not be provided.
Refund time rules :
  • A full refund will be given if the application is submitted before October 9, 2019, but a processing fee and administration fee of NT$100 will be deducted.
  • If the application is submitted between October 9 and November 8, 2019, 60% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • If the application is submitted after November 8, 2019, the participant must have the following special circumstances and attach documentary proof to apply for a 50% refund of registration fee:
    1. Force majeure or other factors (such as earthquake, typhoon, war, severe infectious diseases, etc.).
    2. Traffic disruption.
    3. Military service, muster recall, and military recall.
    4. Injury, illness, or pregnancy.
    5. Engagement or marriage of the participant or funeral of a first-degree relative.
    6. Other matters specified by the organizer.
  • If the refund application is completed before November 8, 2019, the refund will be received within 14 work days after the event on December 8.

【 Violation and Penalties 】

The organizer has the right to disqualify a participant if the participant is found in violation of the following provisions
  • Benefiting from the aid of others during the race (such as riding a vehicle or supporting by arm, etc.).
  • Bringing a pet onto the track.
  • The participant is not qualified for the division.
  • Violating sportsmanship and ethics (such as fighting, insulting the referee, etc.).
  • Not wearing the race bib and timing chip (turning point token).
  • Not wearing the race bib on the chest.

【 Complaint 】

  • Race disputes:Runners may not question referees during the race. Any footnotes with the same meaning as the race rules shall be based on referees and not subject to complaint.
  • Complaint procedures:Any issues relating to the race must be proposed to the Competition Section within 20 minutes after the results of each division is announced, and a security deposit of NT$3,000 must be paid at the same time signed for by the Competition Section. All complaints will be determined by an arbitration committee. If the ruling is correct, the security deposit will be confiscated.

【 Important Information 】

  • Participants must wear the race bib in front of their chests so they can be identified by personnel. Any participant not wearing the race bib will be deemed as accompanying others and personnel will have the right to ask the participant to leave the track.
  • With consideration to the safety of participants and the traffic situation at the site, participants should start the race within the time specified by the organizers.
  • The name may not be changed and the registration qualifications may not be transferred for any reason after registration procedures are completed. If you need to switch to another race category that has not reached the registration limit, please complete refund procedures first and then carry out registration procedures again.
  • The timing chips and awards in this race event are limited to the 21 km race category only. Please carefully read the following race rules and notices :
    1. Upon receiving the supplies and related materials, please verify if the participant, “runner information”, and runner number on the “timing chip” match to protect your rights and interests. The electronic race manual provides a clear illustrated description of how to use the timing chip.
    2. According to Article 165.24 of the IAAF Competition Rules, timing will begin when the starter’s gun is fired, and the record will be used as the basis for rankings and awards.
    3. The chip is the basis for timing. Please properly pass through each transponder. The organizer is not responsible if a participant does not have a result due to not using the chip according to rules. Exchanging chips, wearing the chip of others, or wearing 2 or more chips is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and their results will not be counted.
    4. Please comply with the instructions of referees and police during the race and start the race on time. If you do not start the race within the specified time, the organizer has the right to stop you from running the race and your results will not be counted.
    5. After completing the race, please pick up your certificate at the results certificate pick-up station using your race bib. The certificate will not be reissued after the event has concluded.
    6. If a runner does not complete the race before closing time, their chip or race bib will be confiscated and their result will be incomplete. Supply services along the route will no longer be provided as well.
    7. The organizer has the right to announce the event result and chip time of every runner that completes the race. The result inquiry method will be announced on the event website and Facebook event page. Please closely follow the website and fan page for any announcements.
    8. Transfer or sale of a spot in the race event is strictly prohibited. If a participant is found with the abovementioned intention, then the persons involved will be disqualified and the registration fee will not be refunded and the participant shall have no objection.
  • Health and safety
    1. Please check the health statement during registration. For group registration, the contact person must verify that all participants are in good health and physical condition.
    2. If you feel any discomfort during the event, please immediately stop running. Your safety comes first. The organizer, referees, or physicians have the right to stop runners from continuing the event based on their physical conditions.
    3. Please follow the route, traffic control measures, and schedule arranged by the organizer. You will be responsible for any safety issues that occur due to failure to comply with these arrangements.
    4. You must ensure that your physical health condition qualifies for this event, and are willing to take responsibility for any accidents during the race event resulting from physical discomfort. The organizer is not responsible. You must be willing to comply with the rules of this race event.
    5. Insurance coverage for this event includes (1) Liability insurance for physical injury in the amount of NT$3 million per person. (2) Liability insurance for physical injury in the amount of NT$15 million per accident. (3) Liability insurance for asset damages in the amount of NT$2 million per accident. (4) The maximum claim amount during the insured period is NT$34 million. The scope of coverage is limited to physical injuries caused by accidents from participating in this event. Please see the insurance policy for details.
    6. Participants may also purchase travel insurance during registration. Insured persons may claim NT$1 million for an accident or disability, and up to NT$20,000 in medical benefits based on actual expenses. Please see the insurance policy for details. Insurance will be handled by the organizer.
  • Other
    1. If you need clothing storage service from the organizer, please prepare a backpack and hand it over to the clothing storage section, and then take a clothing storage number plate. Please do not store valuable objects. The organizer is not responsible for any lost objects. (Clothing storage hours are 6:00-11:00 A.M.)

【 Personal Information Clause 】

  • The organizer will collect your personal information, including your name, passport number, date of birth, address, gender, nationality, telephone number, e-mail, emergency contact person and his/her address and telephone number, for the 2019 Firefox Charity Run and insurance in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and within the purpose approved by the competent authority. The organizer will only process or use the personal information above within the scope and period of the event.
  • The personal information collected by the organizer will be processed or used in the form of an electronic file or hard copy by the organizer, contractors, and third parties working with or commissioned by the organizer. The organizer holds your personal information. You may exercise the following rights over your personal information in accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act
    1. To enquire or request to view your personal information.
    2. To request to make a copy of your personal information.
    3. To request to make supplement or correction to your personal information.
    4. To request to stop the collection, processing, or use of your personal information.
    5. To request to delete your personal information.
  • The personal information collected for this event will be used from registration to 15 days after the event is concluded. The personal information collected, processed, and used online for this event will be deleted and destroyed by the organizer and witnessed by an attorney on January 8, 2020 (11F, No. 27, Sec. 1, Anhe Rd., Daan District, Taipei City).
  • This event needs to collect, process, or use your personal information due to the reasons above, you may choose whether to provide your personal information at your sole discretion. If you choose to not provide your personal information or provide incomplete information, it may result in an unsuccessful registration for this road run or prevent you from gaining insurance coverage for this event. If you need to collect the personal information of runners or related persons and provide the information to this event, please follow this notice and fully explain to them their rights relating to personal information protection.
  • The organizer has the right to broadcast, display, and register the videos, photos, and results of this event on related websites and publications. Participants must agree to let their portraits and results be used for promotions and in broadcasts.
  • If there are any matters not specified in these rules, these rules may be revised and announced by the organizer.
